SE MA NEMBA Adams Farm Fun Ride
I’m holding a long overdue SEMass NEMBA ride at Adams Farm in Walpole this Monday June 28 meeting at the barn at 5PM.
I plan to start out with a fairly easy 3 mile warm up loop (double & single track, bridges, rock gardens, rock walls, rooty trails all included) then circle back to the parking lot, pick up stragglers about 5:45, and go out again for a little harder trails (mostly single track with more rocks, roots and a little faster) heading initially toward the gun club.
We will be done a little before 7 so anyone who wants to can make it to Castle Island Brewing Co. for our chapter meeting. SE Mass NEMBA members and prospective members are always welcome.
You don't have to be a member to attend this ride, but you must have to pre-signed NEMBA's Annual Waiver.
Adams Farm has about 12 miles of mostly intermediate single track, some of the best in SE Mass. Its very mountain bike friendly, great for beginners & for those that like to hammer.
It can be confusing with the extensive network of trails but you are never actually far from the parking area.
Adams Farm should be on your list of riding areas.
