Great Pond Mountain Conservation Trust will be hosting volunteer trail building days July 30th and August 6th at Great Pond Mountain and are looking for your help!
Volunteers will meet at 9:30 am at the Dead River Gate past the Craig Brook National Fish Hatchery in Orland.
Tools will be provided, but bring your own gloves and water.
Volunteers will work to extend the Capstone multi-use trail beyond Katahdin Overlook.
As an added bonus, GPMCT Land Steward Phineas Peake will lead an intermediate/advanced trail building clinic on August 6th, focusing on benching and stonework!
This is a great chance to learn something new or hone in your finer trail building skills! For more information, please reach out directly to email@example.com
We hope to see you there!
You do not need to be a NEMBA member to help out.
But everone needs to have signed NEMBA's Annual Waiver.
