Wompy Winterfest

                    WOMPY WINTERFEST 2022 

Come celebrate winter at Wompatuck State Park with our annual Wompy WinterFest! 

SMASS NEMBA and the Friends of Wompatuck will be hosting a month-long event with suggested self-guided routes for mountain biking, hiking, and trail running. 

Wompy WinterFest carries on no matter what the weather!

However, pending snow and trail conditions, we will have a snow groomed loop in addition to other route suggestions.   

Most routes start at the Visitors Center (196 Union St Hingham, MA).

In addition to the month-long event, we will also have a one day gathering on Sunday, February 27^th. 

This one-day event will include the DIY routes (no arrows this year) as well as some led rides, hikes, and runs. 

A free chili lunch will be available at the Visitor Center beginning at 11 AM (until it runs out).

You do not have to be a member of NEMBA or the Friends of Wompatuck to take part in this event.

  Note:  Masks are required inside the Visitor's Center.

   But, you must sign NEMBA's 2022 Waiver.
