CR NEMBA Trail Day #4

On Sunday, June 10, we are sponsoring our fourth volunteer trail work day of the season. Work will include rock armoring as well as tread and drainage chores and general trail work. Please remember to bring safety glasses/protective eyewear. 

DATE: Sunday, June 10. 
MEETUP: Sugarloaf Outdoor Center
TIME: 9:00 a.m. to sign up and get assignments.
DURATION: Appoximately 4 hours.

ACTIVITIES: Rock armoring as well as tread and drainage chores and general trail work. 

ITEMS TO BRING: Water, sturdy gloves and footwear, safety glasses/projective eyewear, insect repellent, rain gear (just in case), lunch or snacks, your kids because this is a kid-friendly event (using only light tools), tools you may have available (such as rakes, loppers, hand shears), cell phones so we can communicate issues that pop up, and your bike as there will be a group ride at the end of the work day, weather permitting. 

Our trail work days are open to people of all ages and abilities. All that is required is enthusiasm and a willingness to work together; the club provides direction, tools, and work project locations. We need your help maintaining the beautiful trail network in Carrabassett Valley. Please join us. Trail work days are always fun and productive!
